From news release: Surf2Web have implemented a FCTR (forced click thru rate). All this means is that you have to click on between 1.5% & 5% of the ads you see to be eligible for payment. If you do not meet this rate your account status will be "inactive", This will not effect your money or points. Just at the end of the month, instead of writing you a cheque we will leave your money in your account to be paid when you reach the CTR.
